This is way out of my comfort zone and I keep putting it off… but I just feel SO good and wanted to share to possibly help others. (When I took this before pic I didn’t plan on sharing it). The before pic was me working out every day and sometimes twice, eating pretty good and usually splurging on the weekends. When we started this plan on April 24, I wasn’t overweight, but I could not get rid of my belly fat and was the heaviest I have ever been. It was much easier to lose in my 20’s and 30’s! I wanted to nip it in the bud!
My other reason to start this program was to support Mike in his weight loss journey. I am now down 16 pounds and 3” all over and I feel better than ever! I never thought I would get back to this weight without starving! So thankful (I found this program)!!
